Le Petit Farceur Cuvée Spéciale Rouge - France 2024
About this bottle
- ABV: 12.6%
- Vintage: 2024
- Bottle size: 75cl
When travelling through some of the most remote villages in central France, you may come across Le Petit Farceur (the little prankster). A tiny little terracotta man perched upon the windowsill of the rustic French cottages. This little prankster is known to cause mischief among their peers and his cheeky nature is captured in this playful red cuvée. With a lovely mix of black and red berry fruit, juicy black cherries and a mouth-coating finish, it will leave the 'little prankster' in all of us smiling fondly.

What our expert thinks...
A smooth, spicy red that's brimming with dark fruit and a touch of peppery warmth. Blackcurrant, plum and chocolatey hints dance together beautifully, all softened by subtle oak. It's full-bodied but never heavy, making it a brilliant partner for grilled meats, strong cheeses or a relaxed night in. A cracking example of why Shiraz remains such a crowd-pleaser.
