Ice Cap is a classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc crafted using top-quality grapes from the illustrious Marlborough region, located at the north of the South Island. An unmistakable nose that is citrus-fruit driven, has notes of cut grass and a lovely hint of ripe fleshy mango. The palate is full of energy, has plenty of the region's signature gooseberry fruit lift and the finish is mouthwatering and beautifully balanced. Serve nice and chilled for a glass of white that delivers maximum refreshment.

Aroma: Fresh citrus fruits and a hint of ripe mango.
On the palate: Exceptionally refreshing with a grassy note and a lip-smacking finish.

What our expert thinks...

This wine will make your mouth water as you drink it, it's that good. Ultra refreshing, gooseberry-laden, and with a zing of fresh acidity, this is exactly what you'd expect from a top-drawer New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Expect notes of cut grass and singing with heaps of mango too, it's a great example of how to do New Zealand Sauv properly. Try it, it's well worth it.

Loved the fruity taste. Lovely wine for warm summer days

Superb Sauvignon Blanc! Fruity, hints of lemon. Tasting notes say good with seafood, which makes sense, but unfortunately I had it with a Thai Green Curry, which didn't compliment the wine at all. Very nice for drinking on its own if well chilled.

Absolute Rubbish.NONE of the enjoyed and admired features of this grape and region.
