What our expert thinks...

A stunning wine from the king of New World Shiraz regions, the Barossa Valley in Australia. This wine oozes countless layers of dark plum and cherry fruit, rich dark chocolate and spices, and it's all wrapped up with lashings of vanilla having rested in super-premium oak barrels. Pair this with grilled red meats, a special roast dinner, strong cheeses or simply sip away whilst enjoying good company. A truly fantastic wine for all occasions.

A steady shiraz that is quite dry to taste but has a flavourful rich body, not overly friuty.
