Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Shiraz has an abundance of dark plum, red fruit and spice notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside roast beef with lashings of gravy and crispy potatoes.
