Without the shelter of the leaves, a natural shield and protector to the fruit that hangs beneath, the grapes would be sunburnt, shrivelled and utterly useless when it came to harvest and winemaking. So, this winemaker's blend is crafted in honour of these unsung guardians of the precious crop that they help ripen and nurture. They allow winemaker Sophie Maliquet to work her magic in the winery and craft wines that are full of vibrancy and character. Under the Canopy boasts fresh citrus fruit, rounder peachy notes and a hint of spicy green pepper.
