Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Merlot has an abundance of blackberry, black pepper and mint notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside a barbecued steak with crispy rosemary-salted chips.

From the heart of Valpolicella, this classy red is a blend of four native varieties built around a core of perfectly ripe Corvina with dashes of Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina adding complexity and intrigue.
