This is a classic Australian Shiraz that ticks a whole host of the boxes we look for when adding wines to our range. It is rich and robust, packed with dark fruit character and has a satisfying lick of peppery spice on the long, sumptuous finish. We recommend pairing it with high welfare butchers' pork sausages, creamy mash potatoes and either a traditional onion gravy or a big tray of roasted Mediterranean vegetables.

This cracking South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon is a well-constructed blend, crafted from highly prized vineyard sites whose winemaking approach focusses on capturing the natural fruit character of the grapes. It champions blackcurrant and bramble fruit with lifted notes of ripe, red-fleshed plums. The palate has a tonne of fruit with a subtle undertone of chocolate, complemented by darker cherry liquor notes. A great match for prime cuts of beef or a classic lasagne.

Long gone are the days when New World Chardonnay was smothered in oak, and this 'Special Selection' bottling is a very fine example of how the times have changed and moved on to crisper, fresher and less heavy styles. A wonderfully refreshing un-oaked Chardonnay that is the perfect combination of crunchy pear and crisp apple-orchard fruit, given a little tropical mango and pineapple juiciness thanks to the long, warm, sunny summer days that bathe the vines of South Australia. Serve chilled with nibbles and good company.

Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Chardonnay Semillon blend has an abundance of melon, nectarine and white peach notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside a chicken Caesar salad or fish and chips.
