A classic combination of Syrah and Grenache - lashings of juicy black fruit and delicate peppery spice are a perfect representation of the generous climate and fertile soils that these fortunate grape vines call home.

Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Merlot has an abundance of blackberry, black pepper and mint notes, tempered by a lifting freshness.
