The inspiration behind this range is one of South Africa’s most spectacular birds, the Cape Roller, brightly coloured and often seen perched atop the tallest vantage points, ready to dive at great speeds for its next feed. This is a lovely, mouth-watering white that is made exclusively from the Cape's most popular white variety, Chenin Blanc. The peach and orchard fruit characters make this a great wine to serve chilled alongside chicken dishes of all kinds, from Caesar salad to spicy curries.

Apus emphasises elegance and a touch of celestial allure. Named after a constellation in the southern hemisphere, these stars overlook the vines at a crucial time. The cool of the night acts as a counterpoint to the glorious sunshine that the Valle Central is so famous for, allowing for a gradual development of complex flavours and exceptional balance. This Sauvignon Blanc brings together lively notes of passionfruit, lime, yellow peach, elderflower and freshly cut grass, delivering a zesty and invigorating taste.

It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this precise Pinot Grigio is abundant with ripe pear, crisp green apple and a little tropical fruit intensity. When travelling through some of the most remote villages in central France, you may come across Le Petit Farceur ('the little prankster'), a tiny terracotta man perched upon the windowsill of the rustic French cottages.
