The inspiration behind this range is one of South Africa’s most spectacular birds, the Cape Roller, brightly coloured and often seen perched atop the tallest vantage points, ready to dive at great speeds for its next feed. This is a dark fruit-laden red which is crafted exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon, a grape which thrives in the granite soils and long, sunny days found in South Africa’s Western Cape region.
