Countless growers and winemakers have mastered this grape variety over the generations and we, today, are the beneficiaries of this extensive work!

Calcanio Sangiovese expresses classic varietal character with abundant cherry notes on the nose, complemented by a light and pretty floral character. The palate is medium-bodied with refreshing, bright red fruits and a hint of spice on the finish.
